Child’s Play – Flexible Spot Lights

8th April 2011

I made these 3 spot lights, with a thick aliminium wire as the stem which gives the flexibility to bend the stem in any position. The circular wooden base has screw slots to fix it to wall.

Intended for wall projection, these spot lights give a oval focus light on the object / frame.

The stem is covered by woolen thread for grip and to give a “soft-comfy” look.

The spot lights when arranged together look like children playing together, holding hands, wrestling etc. The colors of the threads and the contrast with white base adds to the playfulness of the lamps.
