Miswak can be easily bought at small shops outside any masjids (Mosque)

At Bangalore:

Yeshwanthpur: go to the masjid opposite to the yeshwanthpur RTO. Its very close to yeshwanthpur circle – on the way to the market. Check for the vendors who sell ittar(non alcoholic perfume), they also sell miswak.
Central Bangalore: Apart from that, you get real good quality miswak outside Sultan Shah masjid – right behind Shivajinagar bus stop, next to amanath cooperative bank. Every thursday between 5 PM to 10 PM there will be lot of vendors selling fresh miswak.
They cost you Rs.7 per miswak. If you need in bulk (like bundle of 100 twigs) you can go to Kumbarpet, near avenue road. If you find any muslim in avenue road – ask him for “markaz waali masjid” or kumbarpet masjid… he ll guide you.
They sell you middle eastern miswaks also, usually they are well packed and branded. But personally i feel the indian miswaks are better. Because the come from belgaum and rajasthan region. They have a good taste and your mouth feels fresher. I ve tried middle eastren miswaks a lot – they are also good but they are bland in taste.
Fresh miswaks are better than dried ones. Go for miswaks which are medium in thinkness. Its better if they are straight and without joints. Ask the vendor to give you taaza or kaccha miswak – the twigs that have more moisture.

Thank You !
